How can I get rid white border around graph?

I'm using Tchart8 control ActiveX. I have three graphs on the main screen of an MS Access 2003 application. Two are fine but one has a 1 or 2 pixel white border on all 4 sides. I've spent hours going through every setting trying to turn this off. Can anyone tell me what settings would control a border on the outside of the graph?

Also one graph seems to have a horizontal white line at the bottom. Again I cannot find any setting that turns this off.
