How to create 'hintbox' effect on candle series?

Dear expert;

How can I create 'hintbox' effect on candle series, like those in TButton component of the BCB's VCL.
That is, when user rest the mouse cursor on the candlestick series, it pop up a hintbox showing say, the close value, of that particular candlestick.

It is possible to display hints for a series using MarkTips tool. You'll find examples at All Features\Welcome!\Tools\Mark tips in the new features demo, available at TeeChart's program group.
