Installation problem TeeChart PRO 7.04 in Delphi 2005 upd 3

I have tried to install TeeChart PRO 7.04 standalone and with source code in three different computers with an updated Windows XP Professional with Delphi 2005 update 3 and I have encountered the following problems:

-After the first installation of TeeChart PRO 7.04 in the TeeChart Palette group the TChart and TDBChart components are missing. Tried manually installing the packages and going for the recompile option in the "Steema TeeChart Pro 7.04 Full Source Code" program group. Only uninstalling and reinstalling TeeChart PRO 7.04 seems to fix the problem

-If I drop a TChart component and press F1 then the help is not working. The readme.txt says that help files are installed with the installer but this is not true for me in the three different computers that I have tested. So far I have not found a fix for this problem.

Could you please help?

This is somewhat strange, the binary installer should have properly installed TeeChart in Delphi 2005. Has this problem happened in all 3 computers? However, Recompile tool after recompiling the sources installs TeeChart into the desired IDE.

We are aware of that problem. This is because in Delphi 2005 help files structure has changed and "old style" context sensitive help doesn't work anymore.

We tried in two desktops and one laptop. The recompile option from the sources didn't solve the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling solved the problem.

Any idea to include the help in Delphi 2005?

Then it may be that first installation didn't remove completly old TeeChart version shipped with Delphi 2005 or its references and uninstalling did it.

Any idea to include the help in Delphi 2005?

Yes, we hope to include it in future releases.
