pie customizations

Hi,

I can not replicate this pie found in your gallery advertising (*)

In particular I need to
- remove or reduce segments on circular border.
- remove or reduce black border.
- Add light over pie (i think pie steema (*) have it)

Below is my chart (with TTeeGDIPlus active)
