Installation troubles

Hi,

I Just installed Delphi 2010, then ReportBuilder, and then TeeChart. So everything is a fresh install on a new machine (running Win-7 64 bit) and it all went well until I started up Delphi and got the following error message:

Can't load package C:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\TeeChart Standard 8 for Delphi 2010\Delphi14\Bin\DclTee814.bpl.
Cannot load package 'Tee814.' It contains unit 'TeeAbout' which is also contained in package 'Tee8140'.
Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?

I don't see a package named Tee8140 (or Tee 814 for that matter) in the packages list. How can I clear this up?

Hi WildMan,

You should have installed TeeChart before installing Report Builder. Report Builder includes the TeeChart wrapper so it's necessary that this is installed before to install the correct version. What happened at your end was that Report Builder installed the TeeChart wrapper for the version shipped with Delphi 2010, not for TeeChart Pro. I recommend you to uninstall Report Builder and TeeChart and install them again starting with TeeChart.
