TeeChart Pro - SSL support was not enabled for this installer

I am trying to install TeeChart Pro 2024.42 onto my laptop, into the latest release (including patch) of C++Builder 12.3.

However, I get the error message

SSL support was not enabled for this installer

This also ocurs if I try to install into earlier versions of C++Builder on this machine.

I have not encountered the problem on other machine where I have installed 2024.42 into C++Builder 12.3.

Does anyone have a workaround for this? (I see a similar post from 2023 ago but there is no solution posted there - see https://www.steema.com/support/viewtopic.php?t=18045).

Apologies for that.
Indeed we had an issue with the proxy in the web. We just corrected it and it should work fine now.
