Installation problems

I have this problem installing the latest version of teechart (TeeChartVCLFMX-2025.43-Offline.exe).
The installation is done through the network.
Is network installation supported? Thank you very much.

Hello,

You can download both the regular and offline installers from here. The trial installers are the same as the licensed ones; the only difference is that the trial or licensed packages are extracted depending on the license you enter when prompted.
The regular installer is a 20MB file that downloads the necessary packages during installation. The offline installer is much larger because it already contains the packages for all the supported IDEs. Although it still requires an internet connection for license activation, it does not need to download anything else afterward.

I need the offline installer. Due to company security policies.
To install it is left on a server and run over the network from that server.
I downloaded it again through the link and it is the same file (MD5 checksum (6ccaad6bba47b53241823e658e329cd8)) .
Could it be that the problem is because network installation is not allowed?’

Hello,

That md5 checksum looks correct.
I'm afraid the installer requires user interaction to validate the license and password with the GUI, so I don't think it can support a network install.
Also note the product requires a different license per developer.

It doesn't even ask for the licence, nor does it start the GUI.
We also have licenses but the error is when starting the setup.
Could it be that network installation is not supported?
