Problem TeeChart 7 Delphi 7 and Quick Report

I have installed TeeChart 7 and have the correct components on the VCL, however I have no Quick Report components other than TQRChart. When I try to install the QuickReport components I have a conflict error - any suggestions on what to do next?

Hi Maz2312,

Which Teechart version have you installed, v7 Pro or v7 Std? In which IDE are you installing it? Which Quick Report version are you using?

v7.02 Pro, Delphi 7 archietect Quick Report v 3.05

Hi,

Can you check if Quick Report Components packages are selected at the packages list (Project -> Options -> Packages)?

I have TeeChart 7 for QuickReport selected which is in the DCLTQR77.bpl. I also have TeeChart 7 for QuickReport Components which is contained in the dcltqr70.bpl - if I select this one also I get the following error message 'Cannot load package 'tee70'. It contains unit TeeAbout which is also contained in package Tee77.

This means your IDE still has TeeChart packages bundled with Delphi as dcltqr70.bpl and tee70.bpl indicates it. Before installing TeeChart Pro please make sure you removed/backup older TeeChart packages and then install them. Also make sure to set new version "Bin" and "Lib" paths at the top of the search path list.
