Tee chart multilane switching

The idea with the Multilanguage function is very nice but the method of switching does not work at all customer sides. Lots of administrators do not allow the user to change registry setting after an allowed setup is finished. For changing the language setting in tee chart we have to modify a registry setting and restart.

I suggest that you change that and include an option dialog whit a popup that has all supported languages. If the user selects on the setting will be saved somewhere but not in the registry.

Reading the latest news about longhorn security this change will save all developers lot of headaches.
