Custom Legend

Hi
I use TChart Pro version 2013.09.131119 together with Delph XE5 and add a Custom Legend to a chart with the Chart Editor.
After closing the Chart Editor and click on the chart in the form without starting the application I get an error message:
"Control has no parent window".
What to do?

This is a bug. I have added it (ID532) at the bug list to be fixed for next releases.
