Having TDGIPlus Within a DLL Causes Fault in XE4

We have found other issues with Update 1 installed from the patch Embarcadero provided, not the full ISO: http://support.embarcadero.com/article/43250. I understand you installed update 1 using the patch, didn't you? Does this solution make any difference? It helped us with other issues.

I am not sure about patches. I got a notification that an update was available and I downloaded it and installed it. It looked and acted like a full install (without the help).

I also had my problem on the base release of C++ Builder XE4. However, after I installed the update, I did get the warning messages about TGDIPlus when I started the IDE for the first time. I did not get this message when I started the base release for the first time using the BETA release.

Since I haven't been able to reproduce the problem is an environment as similar as possible to yours, I don't have any other ideas than the already mentioned.

If you didn't use the full iso to install the update1, I guess you could be a case of the mentioned problem. I'm not sure it will be related to the GDIPlus problem you describe, but anyway.
