Delphi XE3 Installation fails

Hi Steema,

I have downloaded and tried running the TeeChart Pro for Delphi XE 3 installer on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. It gets to 100% but then pops up a message saying I need to manually re-install it.
I have seen a few messages about other users having problems with the Standard Version but I am trying to install the Pro version.

Any ideas of what the problem might be ?
I have an attached screenshot of the two messages I get at the end of the install.

Hi,

This is a problem identified for the PreRelease for XE3:

However, it should have been fixed with the release published yesterday.
Is this the version you are using?

Actually the one I downloaded said it was published/released on 26th October. I checked again this afternoon and it was still showing the same release date in my client logon area ?
Is there somewhere else I should be downloading it from ?

This was the Pre release version but I can see there is a full version released November 6th. I will try downloading that one instead.

No, it should be that. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache just in case it's not updating.

Yes, that's the final version, build number 2012.07.121105.
