Focus control bug with AV (all 2012 versions)

I found new awful bug, and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
The story: My customer told me that there is a access violation in my project, after investiagation I founf that this is the TChart problem.
To show I've create simple delphi project 0.zip.
After start of the Project6.exe file will double click on the Chart's panel, the AV and message:
Project raised exception class EInvalidOperation with message: "Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window".

You can try to double click on Memo or Panel1, but these action will not give this error.

I've tested this bug using TeeChart2011 (from April 2011), and it is absent.
This bug was added for the latest versions of the TeeChart2012

Sorry for the delay. I have attached it in bug list report with number [TV52016229]. We will try to fix it to upcoming maintenance releases of TeeChartVCL.
