Decision Flow Chart

I to produce a decision flow chart that will show the status of decisions made by a user. Right now I have a Delphi panel onto which I have placed shapes and lines. Code allows the color of the lines and shapes to change as the user makes decisions. The problem is that I can't place this chart into a report, or easily resize, etc. Would I be able to use something in TeeChart to do this? Is the Org chart a possibility?

Not TeeChart itself but TeeTree which is freely included with TeeChart. You'll find the TeeTree demo in the Examples folder included with TeeChart binary installers.

Is the Org chart a possibility?

You can give it a go but It's quite simple and I'm afraid it may not have all the functionality you request.
