[Urgent] Unable to download a cab file

Hello,
we are servicing tee-chart by putting a cab file on server.
When a user try to download the lastest tee-chart version 7,0,0,3, the alert window pops up and says that "unable to assign authenticode" (my OS is in Korean, so I am not sure the exact phrase in English).

Please test this and let me know the result.

We gave this cab file to a customer and got an immediate call back.

This cab is menat to apply to the currently operating web sites(some already applied) hence this situation would cause a huge amount of troubles.

yes, you're correct, we're fixing this problem here, we'll post a new installers on our web site (at the private customers download page) in a few hours (today).
