Problem in Disappearing Border of Map marks.

Hi Steema Support,

We are working on a Silverlight project for which we are using TeeChart .NET for Silverlight. In this project we have a Map chart. Over the map chart we have to display the Marks in a manner attached in following figure. Means we want Marks tip with no border and having transparent background. We managed to make background transparent but not able to remove border. Could you please suggest us how to remove border of marks of Map series.

One more thing, can we give custom (different) position of marks for each and every block of map?
