can't install DclTeePro916.bpl

I have installed Delphi XE2 with Update 3 on a Windows 7/64 machine. I have also installed TeeChart200RADXE2. When I open Delphi, I get the following error message:
Package C:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\TeeChart 2011 for RAD XE2\Delphi16.win32\Bin\DclTeePro916.bpl can't be installed because it was created with a different version of Delphi or CBuilder.

Could you please check if you also have a 3rd party tool installed that may be causing the problem?
