Windows 7 Installation Failure

I am attempting to install TeeChartNet2011_4.1_2011.10190.exe on a windows 7 machine. After etering the license number and password, I immediately get a screen that says "TeeCalc has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you a solution if available". It then gives me a warning screen stating an error running TeeCalc.exe Unhandled Exception: System.Format Exception: Input String was not in a correct format....." I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Hello phil1995,

Please, try to do next:
1.- Uninstall all version of TeeChart.Net2011.
2.- Go to your folder ...\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .NET 2011 4.1.2011.10190 and remove the folder Steema TeeChart for .NET 2011 4.1.2011.10190.
3.- Try again to install TeeChartFor .Net 2011.
