Strange characters with Teechart 2010

I have characters problem with Teechart v2010 Editor:

Additional informations: on the same machine, I don't have this issue with Teechart v8 component

Right clicking on a chart at design time in you IDE you can change the default language set in the registry and it will be used in the features demo,...
