error message displayed on charts

I have used the evaluation version of Teechart for .Net and when I got my registered version I have uninstalled the evaluation version and removed all the folders related to evaluation version and installed the registered version, problem is Teechart is displaying an error message on my charts as "your evaluation version has expired".
I tried by uninstalling the registered version and downloaded the latest version from the website and installed it, still I am getting the same problem.

Hi,

Uninstalling the Eval version before to install the registered one should be sufficient.
Have you tried to uninstall the actual version you have, also make sure all the files has been removed (under the \Steema Software directory) , download the latest version from our web site ( at the private customers download page ) and install it again ?
