Flicker Problem with TeeChart 2010 and Delphi 2007

Hello

Since i have installed TeeChart 2010 i have a flicker problem! This was not happend on TeeChart 8!!

Everytime i print out the Chart (in my case) Fastreport, when you move the mouse over the Chart it flickers!!

I have found the problem at the Method "TeeCreateMetafile", allways when i call the Method "TeeCreateMetafile" the flicker is on!! And also just when you have an "TRectangleTool" at the Display.

I have attached a small demoprogram.

It's with most probability related with the problem discussed here and here (TV52014993). It has been already fixed for the next maintenance release.
I've checked it with your demo application.
