Display MarkTips in IE8 (Use Annotation)

Hello,

I heard about displaying MarkTips in IE8 to use Annotation, before.

I have 3 Questions.

1. Do I have to use OnclickseriesTeeChart() event?
2. If so, I can see Tips when i Click() Mouse. Then, how I can display Tips on moving Mouse?
3. If I use Annotation Tools instead of MarkTips, does Annotation include function of MarkTips?(ex) Select Series, Style, Mouse Action, Delay Time))

Here you'll find another example, using OnClickSeries event.

I'm afraid not. All these actions should be done manually.
