Chart editor etc in spanish at design time

At design time this control and others are in i guess spanish, but at run time the revert back to english
How do i get them in English in the IDE ?
Environment is Delphi 2010 and Version 8.06

Hi Sean,

To change the design time editor's language, drop a chart into a form, right click on the chart and choose "Options..." in the menu. In the window that should appear you'll be able to change the language and several other settings.
