Latest Eval throws exceptions during install

I am a user of the active x components and am trying to move to the .net version (new to .net). The current downloads throw exceptions during the eval install for ToolBoxeditor2008 ( has stopped working), teegofer Help, and teegofer help2). The following is the exception listing from both Vs2008 on a vista 64 system and a xp 64 system for the "ToolBoxEditor2008" event:

Bypass of the install problems is allowed and the program compeletes but no presentation for TeeChart in toolbox. References are shown however.

Please you can try run manually ToolBoxEditor. Also, you can do same with this thread.
