Font issue in export to PDF

When we are exporting a chart to PDF then we are getting an error -
"The Font 'MicrosoftScansSerif" contains a bad/BBox."

This is a known issue (TF02012868) listed on our defect list to be fixed for next releases.

I am still facing this problem with export to PDF even with latest TChart V3.5 version (30 Jul 2009). Is this bug already supposedly fixed?

I also have problem of missing subchart when exported to PDF. This bug was reported about a month ago, and hoping for faster resolution as my clients are waiting for faster fix.

No, this issue hasn't been fixed yet. I have increased its priority on the defect list.

This is TF02014353 and was submitted on 19th August 2009, this is a little more than 2 weeks ago. This issue hasn't been addressed yet. However no maintenance release has been published since so I recommend you to be aware at this forum or subscribe to our RSS news feed for new release announcements and what's fixed on them.
