About Custom Axis Scroll

Please refer to application in the attachment.
I using teeChart 2009.1 in asp.net 2.0.
In my application , the custom axis’s label and thick won’t display if I using scroll tool.
if i set the scrolltool's active property to false, the custom axis label and thick display.
Is this a bug?

I could reproduce your problem and I think that is not a bug but is a limitation of scroolTool. I have added this in list of Feature Request with number [TW77014355] to regards in features versions of TeeChartFor .Net.
