Drwawing table under the bottom axis

Hello everyone,
I need to draw a table under the bottom axis to show the Y-values of each series.
I know the ChartGrid object can do it.
But as I said the table should be horizontal not vertical.
Because my client's previous system is developed by "For Net" version, and the class DataTableTool of "For Net" can
do it.
My question is: is it possible that Activex draws a table under the bottom axis like For Net does with DataTableTool?
