2.5D chart

Post by adenin » Wed Jan 14, 2009 8:09 am

Hello,

Is it possible to draw 2.5D chart with teechart?

I mean chart where one point is defined by
x, y, and color

something like bitmap, but one point
(x,y,COLOR) is not represented by only one pixel on screen,
but by square (to be visible enough)

thanks

Hi adenin,

I'm not sure about what you are trying to achieve here. You may be interested in using ColorGrid series. Here I described how they work.

If that's not what you are looking for please provide us more information about your request. An image or example URL would be helpful. You can post your files at news://www.steema.net/steema.public.attachments newsgroup or at our upload page.

Thanks in advance.

Hi adenin,

Thanks for the image. Yes, in that case I think ColorGrid series is the right choice. You'll also find ColorGrid series examples at All Features\Welcome!\Chart Styles\Statistical\ColorGrid.
