Super slow down after zoom

Hi support,

I'm facing a big trouble with teechart pro 7.12: The performance is VERY slow after I've zoomed in chart (seem to with some special values).

I uploaded a example to your upload page: TeeChart Bug - Weird slow down.zip.

In this file, you will see a image show how I zoom and an example project.
Please note: The problem occurs in many cases. The values in example project is just one of them.

Please help us as fast as you can. Our customer's complaining a lot about it.

Sorry for the double post.
Are you able to reproduce the problem I described?
I've posted this issue for a long time. Can I have a workaround or at least a bug confirmation?

I've been able to reproduce the issue here but we need to investigate it a little bit more to be able to give you an answer. We will get back to you ASAP.

Hi SiA,

We think this seems a bug and added it (TF02013388) to the list to be enhanced for next releases. However, using TeeChart v8 VCL it may perform quicker than v7. You may be interested in checking out v8's evaluation version.
