ActiveX OCX / CAB in ASP Web

I used to do all of my scripting server side and displayed static images. I know have the need to display dynamic charts with the OCX. The example at:

is similar to what I'm trying to accomplish. I need to force users to install the control. Is the source code available for that?

Found it. It's on my hard drive.
