Implementing a cabera ECG chart

Hi

I would like to show ECG signals (think heart monitor) according to the cabrera standard, but I wrestle a little with TeeChart.

The chart is esentially a stacked graph, with fixed signal symbols by the y-axis.
The grid is also fixed values in both ticks and minors.

Has anyone tried implementing something similiar?

Are you having any specific problem with that? Could you provide some information about that standard?
