Reduced Image Quality - Background Image in ActiveX Control

When setting a back image in the TeeChart ActiveX control, the image displays as only 2 color (black and white.)

I have a TeeChart ActiveX Control that is displayed on a page. In the ActiveX control, I go to Chart Editing, and click Panel... Back Image, Browse... and browse to the image file (a .jpg) on my file system.

The image data is good - that is, when the image is viewed in a photo utility or on a webpage it is fine, but when rendered as the background image in a chart, it shows as reduced quaity (black and white - not grayscale. It looks like only 2 colors.)

Is there any reason why this would happen? It happens for any image I choose.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem here using v7.0.1.4. Could you please try with this version?

If the problem persists, could you send us a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here?
