How do I drag items vertically.
In the non-date axis?
I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

You can use a TDragPointTool with a Gantt series. You'll find an example of this tool usage at All Features\Welcome!\Tools\Drag Point in the features demo, available at TeeChart's program group.
