Russian translation problems

I've found similar topic discussing Russian translation, but the problem is still actual!

There are a lot of places where labels are cut, words don't suit buttons, mis-translated words etc. Is it possible to solve this problem? It very important - we write serious soft but these dialogs confuse...
I can help in translating and aligning controls...

Another question: Why all buttons, radio-buttons, checkboxes etc. are flat? It's not their state by default in Windows! I can understand that your designers like flat style from win 3.11, but now it's XP and Vista! If it's possible - make an opportunity to make them standard (as all buttons by default are), please..
