Hot Spot Tool mouseover position

Hi,

I'm having problems with hotspot tool client-side functionality that I hope you can help me with. I have a rather large chart that requires the user scroll down the page. The mouse-overs that are generated as part of the client side hot spot code do not seem to take scroll position into account when figuring out where to place the mouseovers.

When viewing the top section of the chart (before scrolling), the mouseovers appear near the tail section of the mouse cursor. However, after scrolling, the mouseover appears above the mouse cursor offset on the y axis by an amount proportional to the scroll.

For reference, I'm using a Gannt in a WebChart using version 2.0.2652.22325.

Any ideas how i can get around this?

Could you please send us a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here?

Hi Narcís,

Sorry for the delay. I've uploaded a simple example project called in an archive called TestSeriesHover.zip

While reproducing the problem, I discovered that it only occurs when using the GetHTMLMap interface to create custom hover messages.

Hi Pratty,

Thanks for the example project. I've been able to reproduce the problem here and it seems a bug to me. I've added it (TF02012233) to our defect list to be fixed for next releases.
