Hi. Am using licenced copy of the Tee Chart ActiveX on my laptop, and want to install it on my desktop and register it there. There is only myself doing software developent.
I'm using version 5 btw.
Loaded my CD a while ago, and the "trial version" has now run out on the desktop. Can't find where to enter my licence and password details. All is registered correctly on my laptop.
Could someone let me know please. Think I'm being blind!

I'd recommend you to download latest v5 maintenance release available at the client area. If you can't find the licensing details to access there and install the version please contact our Sales Dept. at sales@steema.com.

Thanks for getting back to me Narcís. I think I'm just missing the basic concept. I have a CD from you, I have the Licence number and password.
I'm using the Active X with VB6. What I don't understand is how (or where!) I enter the Licencse number and password, so that I no longer get the Steema "expired" message box.

Hi Dave,
You should use the licensing information when the TeeChart installer prompts you to do so. Maybe you are choosing the wrong installer from the CD. That's why I also recommended you to download the latest version available at the client area.

Just wanna register
1)I wasn't promted by the html screen to load a registered version, however exploring the cd I have found the registered directory, and now have installed the version correctly. Good!
2)I have tried to access the client area. I have licence and password, but not my customer number. Is there any chance you can send that to me? and I will try the upgrade.
