You can use this:

    TChart1.Tools.Items(0).asMarksTip.Delay = 1000

Thanks, but I wanted to know about DISPLAY time (not delay). User doesn't have enough time to read the text.

Hi Denis,

There's not such a property available in v7. However we already implemented this for v8, which is the current version we are working with and we expect to be ready at the beginning of 2007. The new property will be called HideDelay.
