Hello,
we happily passed the test result to our client, and he was happy. Now, he would like to know when he could get a CAB file. Once again if you can tell me an approximately date of test CAB, I will pass the message to our client.

New Problems With TeeChart ActiveX v7.0.1.2 Unicode

Hi, supporters.

With TeeChart ActiveX v7.0.1.2 Unicode, Vietnamese characters are displayed correctly thanks to your hard work.

However, we’ve encountered a few new problems as below.

1. Mark Tool Tip error
- When a user places a mouse pointer on top of a certain desired area, the Label for the place is displayed in a code value instead of string character as it should be.

2. Mark error
- When Mark style is specified as “Label and Value,” the chart is not materialized during run time seemingly due to an internal error.

With regard to the above matters, we just want to know the time projection; when it can be fixed.

Hi Ken,

This is a bug in the Unicode version. We are investigating and try to find a solution to the problem. We will get back to you with a new .ocx as soon as we have solution to the problem.

Thank you for your swift answer. We will really appreciate it if you can let us know the time projection of patched next OCX release. Preferably, with specific date since one of our clients is running out of patient and said it’s been over three month since the first request. Please, help us.
