Series Data source lost

I use in a custom Access application, TeeChart 7 on Access 2000 running on Win98. The chart component was used as a single chart on a single access form, reffering to a an external mdb file using a UDL file connection. Each chart refer to a table.

When migrating to Access 2003 on XP the data source definitions were lost. Defining them again using the GUI (Series>>DataSource>>Dataset) brought back the data, but after saving and re-opening the form the definition was lost again and the chart was empty.

does this happens using the latest TeeChart Pro v7.0.1.1 available at the private customers download page ?
