TeeChart Editor Help does not work

Hello,
the file TeeUser7.hlp says "To get help on any Topic in the Chart Editor, select the button at the top righthand side of the Editor window and drag it onto the Topic in question. TeeChart Pro help will show you the runtime property or method associated with the feature."

But when I am doing this I get the error message "OLE-Error 8004032C".

Any suggestion?

Hi Heiko,

I've just tried here with the latest TeeChart Pro v7.07 and Delphi2006 Update2 and it works fine (at runtime, as designed). Which TeeChart Pro and Delphi versions are you using ?

I use Delphi2005-Professional and TeeChart-Pro7.07
The same error occurs when I press the "HELP" button on the Chart-Editor-Window.

Hi Heiko,

it's really strange, I've tried here using the latest installer, the version without source code (available on our web site at the private customers download page) and Delphi2005 Update3, and worked fine.

Does this happens in more than one machine ?
Which OS is installed on this machine ?
