ToolTip,No Transparency,Milestones

The code is written at ASP+ Visual Basic.
Please recommend on method to execute a tool tip which will reflect the data on the process line shown on the teeChart onmouseOver event.
Additional problem is that there is no transparency between two process that are received parallel , therefore there is a confusion which line belongs where.
Is there any way to adjust the milestones, so that there will not be shown the default options, like series 2, for instance?
Is there any option to change the icon of the given milestones? We would like to make it just *? Where these icons are and how do I access them?
