teechart7.0.0.6 problem!

i am programing with teechart 7.0.0.6 in vb6.0+winxp sp2
environment,and now we're facing a difficult problem,when i try to edit,save
or compile my vb project,the vb ide warn me "out of memory",then i cannot do
anything,cannot save,cannot edit,cannot compile.i don't know why,help me
