Service Unavaible error

Hi,

We want to use teechart on asp pages, but we get service unuavaible error on pages, I found error event log

A process serving application pool 'domain.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '4800'. The process exit code was '0xc0000354'.

How can I solve this problem?

OS: Windows 2003 Web Edition
Teechart Version is v7.0.0.6

Hi,

does the exmples included into the TeeChart Pro ActiveX installation work fine ?
If not, most likely the problem is something related with IIS permissions, make sure you have active the option which allows to run ASP pages (into IIS propeties), also check the permissions of the folder which temporary images are saved.
