General Protection Fault closing an application

Dear Sir,
I am working in VB 6.0 with Windows XP PRO.
I have uninstalled TeeChart Pro V7 Active X Demo and I have installed licensed version.
I am sorry but now, when I close my application, I have a general protection fault.
Are there some thing to do for safety when I close an application using Teechart Active X?
Do you have any idea about this trouble?

it's a strange behaviour, does this happens calling the :
tChart1.RemoveAllSeries
tChart1.ClearChart
methods ?

If still happening, could you please check if it also happens on another machines ?
