Problems with graphs over a network

Hi,
We are currently using TeeChart Pro version 1.1.1452.42972
We are trying to save/load graphs onto/from a central network server.

e.g. Each web server has the following keys, for graphs;
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Steema Software\TeeChart.NET]
"VirtualShare"="\\ntatca58\Onyxchart"
"ShareFolder"="\\ntatca58\Onyxchart"

Can you confirm that this is possible?
The Web servers are windows Server 2003 PCs, but the graphs are being stored on a central windows Server 2000 PC.

We are getting access problems at the moment.

We have to resort to this, as at present graphs are being stored on random web servers, so dont always appear, as the servers are load balanced.

Hi Bev,

To store your files, why don't you use Session at the TempChart property instead of File? You'll find more information about that at Tutorial 9 - TeeChart and WebChart and ASP.NET. The tutorials can be found at TeeChart's program group.

Hi Bev,

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. With that I meant the Start Menu>All Programs entry for TeeChart.
