QRDesign / TeeChart installation problem

When attempting to compile and install dclqrd_b6.bpk (from QRDesign), the compiler issued the error:
"Cannot load package 'QRD_B6'. It contains unit 'Teeconst', which is also contained in package 'Tee7C6'. Since I have been waiting weeks with no response from qbssoftware or Timo Hartmann and since both Teeconst and Tee7C6 are Teechart files, I was hoping you might shed some light on the problem.

Hi bpetty,

This is most likely that QRD_B6 uses an old version of Teeconst. You should check which packages it uses and update its references so that it uses the current packages you have installed on BCB6.

As a part of the QRDesign installation, it was necessary for me to recompile QRD_B6.bpk and QRDBASE_B6.bpk before compiling DCLQRD_B6.bpk. So as far as I know, I have updated its references unless there is more to it than just recompiling those other packages.
Today I also removed and recompiled the two QuickReport packages which QRDesign uses but the results were the same when I again tried to compile and install the QRDesign packages.
