Left Axis Label

Sorry, I'm not good at English.
I'm using Teechart activex version 5.
When the data value is all "0", the left axis label's "0" position is center of left axis.
How can I move this "0" value position of left axis label to bottom place?

When the property set like below, it is OK..
Is there any solution with auto property is true?

left axis auto property = false
left axis minvalue = 0
left axis maxvalue = 100
