MarkTipTool Flickers when it clashes with other instance

In chart I have added two series one is bar series and other is point series. Both series have their own Mark tip tool.

When mouse is moved over bar or point it works fine and tooltip is visible with information needed.

When point of Point series overlaps on the bar of bar series and mouse is moved on the overlapping point of Point series then we can see flickering effect of two empty Mark tip boxes with no information displayed in it. if mouse is moved on the bar then bar mark tip is visible with information.

I am using 7.0.0.4 version but when I tried it with ocx of 7.0.0.5 then also we can see same flickering effect but application crashes immediately in few seconds. Even though first I unregistered old ocx and then registered new ocx.

Is there any solution for this flickering problem?

yes, you're correct, it's a bug which is already on our defect list to be considered to inclusion for the next mainteance releases.

Yes, you could use just one MarksTipTool setting (all) for the Series.
