I guess this is a bug.
Drop a Chartlistbox to a panel and set dock property to left or right, you'll see they're misaligned.

I used the trial version.

I'm getting correct result using the latest registered TeeChart for Net version, Build : 1.1.1544.23908.

Could you please test if it happens using the latest eval available on our web site ?
