Changing the location of custom themes

I'd like to be able to change the location of custom themes, some sites do not like letting users write to the C: drive and some do not regularly backup the c: drive. I believe I should be able to do this by changing the folder identified in the registry key shown in Tutorial 17.
However some sites have the registry locked down which will prevent my users doing this. Is there an property in TChart that can override the registry setting for the themes location so that I can store this information somewhere else.
